The only thing that gets my back up is that a massive company such as Ford cant be faithful to the customer as to tell them how to programme there key fob after battery failiure,and charging them pounds for the pleasure of them doing it. so well done to FIXAFORDCAR for the service they gave to me.

I never sign guest books but I am so impressed and grateful I had to pass it on (I know it sounds corny but it's true)
Not only am I NOT haemorrhaging money any more but my girlfriend has stopped going on about getting a new car! (that was worth the membership fee on it's own)

Brilliant site, they talk to you in your language, they DO NOT treat you as a woman driver

I did what you said - the car is fine now - running better than ever! The Ford garage were really unhelpful - they wanted about £170 to do a job which, with your help, took me 15 minutes. The part cost me about £35. Your website is really good and you replied to my e mail almost by return.
