Brake judder
This is very common on all models and unless it is a reoccurring fault it is
very easy to fix.
ABS light on or pulsating pedal when braking slowly
Here we can possibly save you hundreds of pounds, garages charge a lot of
money to diagnose ABS faults. We can talk you through this relatively simple
process.
Surging on idle
This applies to the OHC and the DOHC engines, a common fault that is
easily cured with no specialist equipment or skills.
Cuts out after a
period of driving
The 1.8 CVH engine is known to cut out for no apparent reason and then
restart after a brief period of time. A very simple fault to diagnose and
cure, saving you expense garage bills.
Intermittent non
start (OHC)
If a vehicle intermittently does not start and loses the HT spark we may
know the answer and we found out the hard way!
Misfire / poor cold start (DOHC / CVH)
A few simple checks and we can get your Sierra running as good as new and
it may not be as expensive as you think.
Poor handling at high speeds

Cutting out or loss of power
Another cutting out problem that can be extremely difficult to diagnose

Clicking noise from the rear when turning
Another common fault and fairly easily cure but it is for the confident
sierra owner and if you follow our advice you should be able to fix this
problem without too much trouble.
Poor running DOHC
A tricky problem to diagnose unless you know what you are looking for,
then it's really easy and even easier to fix and will cost you around £5 to
fix.
